Prep the fruit. Core and chop the apple.
If you like a silkier texture, peel it; if you want extra fiber, leave the peel on. Hull the strawberries if they’re fresh.
Load the blender. Add the liquid first, then yogurt, apple, and strawberries. This helps the blades catch everything easily.
Add the boosters. Drizzle in honey or maple syrup if your fruit isn’t very sweet.
Squeeze in the lemon juice and toss in a tiny pinch of salt.
Blend until smooth. Start on low, then move to high for 30–60 seconds. If it’s too thick, splash in more liquid. If it’s too thin, add a few frozen strawberries or a couple of ice cubes.
Taste and adjust. Add a bit more sweetener or lemon if needed.
You want a bright, clean strawberry-apple flavor with gentle creaminess.
Serve cold. Pour into a chilled glass for the best texture. Drink right away.
